eCube Systems attends the 7th Annual DOE Small Business Conference, Seattle, WA.
Seattle, Washington , June 27, 2006 – e-Cube Systems, LLC, the leader in Enterprise Evolution and Legacy Modernization attended the Department of Energy's Small Business Conference in Seattle, Washington. During the event, eCube was able to demonstrate its Legacy Modernization and Legacy Transformation philosophy to the Department of Energy, Homeland Security, and the National Nuclear Security Administration’s representatives. eCube is hopeful that its participation and knowledge gained from the event will help in the pursuit of successful government contracts.
eCube Systems is looking to leverage its success in the private sector including manufacturing, aerospace, financial, utilities, insurance, retail and hospitality to the public sector. Now, with the recently acquired GSA contract, eCube’s government clients will be able to accelerate evaluation and purchasing processes, and expedite the acquisition of solutions critical to their success.
eCube products and services enable composite solutions that allow organizations to extend the life of their existing technology investments in Corba, DCE, RPC, AS/400, VMS and mainframes, making it possible for them to contribute and participate in contemporary frameworks, such as service-oriented architecture (SOA) and the enterprise service bus (ESB) model. These capabilities allow eCube clients to migrate, modernize, and replace legacy systems in a phased approach.
These capabilities are delivered through a variety of products and services including NXTera , NXTware SOA, NXTware EV, and its Assessment, Remediation and Modernization (ARM) processes which comprises Enterprise Evolution, a Legacy Modernization process. ARM enables the successful modernization of legacy applications written in Cobol, Fortran, C, C++, Pascal, PL1, and other legacy languages on a large variety of platforms, including mainframes, Unix, Linux, OpenVMS, MPE, Cray Unicos and Unisys.
