Conroe, Texas. October 25, 2004

eCube Systems, a technology company specializing in evolving legacy enterprise systems to meet contemporary business needs, today announced the results of its first annual customer satisfaction survey, with 90% of respondents awarding eCube a rating of excellent or very good in technical expertise and customer service.

Additionally, more than 92% of customers rated eCube's service solutions as very good or excellent. An IT professional from a large bank stated "We have a product that needs specialized support and they are the only ones who can meet our needs. They are a respected company who serve us well." Bill Viera, an IT manager with a large international technology and manufacturing company added, "Nothing but excellent support from a technical standpoint. They are diligent. They don't disappear."

Customers praised eCube's technical prowess and personal responsiveness. "We are extremely proud of our staff's technical and interpersonal skills," said Jimmy Maher, eCube's Worldwide Manager, Engineering Services, "and their ability to quickly solve customer problems."

As part of their ongoing commitment to improving customer satisfaction, eCube will use the survey results to update its web site (www.ecubesystems.com) and business operations. "We are always striving to improve communications with our customers," says Peter Marquez, Vice President of Marketing. "In fact, we rely on current and potential customer feedback to shape products that meet critical IT needs." As part of the company's commitment to customer input, eCube plans to add a customer advisory board to its annual customer satisfaction survey in early 2005.
