National City Mortgage Co. Selects eCube Systems and XB Suite for iSeries to XML Data Exchange
XML Generation Streamlines Banks Processes and Boosts Customer Response Time
Conroe, Texas. October 27, 2004
eCube Systems, a leader in enterprise evolution services, today announced that the mortgage lending firm, National City Mortgage Co. (NCM), has selected its XB Suite 2004 XML data exchange solution as the primary technology for generating XML data from their iSeries applications. XB Suite, developed by Belgian-based Invenso and distributed in the United States by eCube Systems, enables companies to seamlessly connect iSeries-based applications and business logic to desktop, web-based, and external applications.
An industry-leading mortgage lending firm, NCM exchanges data with several third-party vendors on a daily basis to assist in the customer loan verification process. To further streamline the process, NCM turned to eCube Systems and XB Suite for its flexible and seamless XML data generation.
According to NCM, since implementing XB Suite, the company has been able to communicate with a broad selection of third-party vendors in a timely manner. "Often, our vendors require data delivered in slightly different versions of XML," said Scott Woodard, team leader for the iSeries group at NCM. "This product has helped to improve productivity in this portion of our business."
About XB Suite
Based on industry standard XML, XB Suite is comprised of three product offerings - the XB/400 data engine (XBintegrator), XBwebservices and XBoffice. XB Suite allows an enterprise to easily and quickly create low-cost data exchange applications for the iSeries and other platforms - regardless of format. With a simple installation and minimal learning curve, XB Suite eliminates the time and training necessary to master XML, while providing full access to all existing iSeries application functions.
